mission mohawk - aka ezra's first haircut!

We broke down and finally cut Ezra's hair yesterday. As you can see from the before and after picutres, this was long time in coming! We didn't want Ezra's manhood threatened when he gets older when he realized that Mommy kept his hair long enough for a pony tail as a baby. Needless to say, for Mommy, this was a traumatic experience. For Daddy, it was about time! Enjoy the video at the bottom!

Before: Our little mop top (hair combed forward)

Before: Ezra made most other little girls his age cry because his pony tail was so much longer (hair combed up)

Before: Mission rescue floppy mohawk!

Before: Now we know why Papa calls him "rooster."

After: Mission mohawk accomplished!

After: Stylin' like nobody's business!

It's Sweeney Todd!

Well, minus the bloodletting.

And the singing.

how funny! i love when you said, "I am cutting his hair and I have no idea what i am doing." Me neither! I have attempted at Brice's since he was two months old, and still ALWAYS end up shaving his head or taking him to the stylist!

That little guy is so calm, cool and collected that it doesn't make any sense. I love me some Ezra and I love the new hair cut!!!
