from the mouth of babes ... like lizzie!

so, lizzie turned 15 months last month. and boy!  we are at SUCH a fun stage!  she loves to climb (on everything), to dance (to everything - even cars passing by with loud music), to scream (much to her brother's chagrin), and of course, to talk!  we can't believe how many words she has now ... which to date i've done a TERRIBLE job documenting.  (mom fail.)  here is a smattering, although it's inevitable i will miss a few!

earliest words:
mama - later turned to mommeee!

no man - for no ma'am - which is often followed by her smacking her own hand. just lovely.
dottle - for bottle and later cup - also says this whenever she is thirsty
chee! - for cheese AND for whenever she is taking a picture :)
hi! - which she loves to say to EVERYone!
shoe - she .loves. these!

she can mimic anything now- really almost anything.  but the word list above are just the words she is capable of using on her own. it's really fun to watch ezra work with her to teach her how to talk, too!

the one thing that is interesting to me is that lizzie's favorite words seem to be the ones the start with the letter "b" - just like ezra.  that must be one of the first sounds a child develops.
