brief update

a weekend has passed, and some of you may be wondering what is the latest update with ezra. have we started him on meds? has he had another seizure? well, it has been a very uneventful weekend with regard to those matters - no seizures but also no decision yet on the meds. at this point it looks like we are going to try to get a second opinion from another neurologist before we go ahead and put him on medication. we hope it won't take too long to do that, and we will certainly keep you updated.

in a related matter, we are sad that kendel's mom had to go back to kentucky this past sunday. we are so grateful she could come down and help us during this trying time. we also appreciate all of you out there who have expressed support and love in many and various ways during this last week.
