someone please hit me over the head if i ever talk about pursuing further graduate education when i am done with my masters degree. I.AM.SO.DONE. this blog post is intended to serve as my very own personal reminder that i want a life again and that when my friends are playing in the snow, having kids' birthday parties, reading great books, and watching the olympics, i want to do that kind of stuff, too, and not working on the eight annoying assignments that i have due ALL THIS WEEK.
i've noticed that my favorite building to walk through on campus these days is the business building. you might be thinking i pursue this route for its aesthetic qualities? nope. for the route's convenience? think again. no, the reason i LOVE, LOVE, LOVE walking through this building is because it counts down to the very SECONDS until graduation!!! i see the grains of sand just flying away on that electronic ticker. I LOVE IT!
may 15th, 2010 = only 82 days away ... but then again, who's counting???
ME!!!!
(as in kendel if you hadn't already figured that out)

you got this! Kendal this is mary mac. I had no idea about your precious Ezra. We will be praying.
I've been counting down the weeks since 20 weeks. :) You're not alone. May 15 couldn't come soon enough!!! Hang in there.

Hi Kendel,
SO glad you are nearing the end. Then I want you to enjoy those things you mentioned - playing in the snow, watching the olympics etc. I will add a couple too -- watching Ezra play, watching a sunset, taking a walk, reading the Word -- and the only thing weighing on you is that you need to get some dinner for your 2 precious guys. There is no higher calling than to be a mother and a wife and to run your household in such a way that you are supporing your husband. I love you, sweet girl.
Miss Becky
I couldn't agree with you more, Kendel. I just figured out my grad date: May 23, 2011. I am already counting the days!
